Yes. General liability insurance is carried to protect both the homeowner and the property while work is being performed.
Work is limited to faucet replacement, fixture installation, minor plumbing repairs, shutoff valve replacements, hose bibs, and similar small residential service jobs.
Full repipes, sewer work, or major plumbing system modifications are referred to licensed contractors.
Yes. All installations are performed carefully and professionally. If there’s an issue related to workmanship, it will be addressed.
Manufacturer warranties on fixtures remain with the product manufacturer.
Yes. If a project requires a licensed contractor, permits, or specialized equipment, you’ll be informed immediately. Transparency comes first.
